Who we are
The controller of your data is Dimitrios Moidinis, trading as Empisto, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP 6080126550), with a registered address at ul. Spacerowa 23 lok. 12, 62-811 Kościelna Wieś, Poland. For anything about personal data, write to us at that address or through www.empisto.ai.
What we collect
- Design-partner form. Your work email, which is required, and optionally your organization, your role, your sector, your primary interest, and your timeline. The optional answers help us understand who is asking, and leaving them blank does not stop you submitting.
- Handling a submission. A submission is stored on our own infrastructure and sent to us by email. Your IP address is checked at the moment you submit, to block automated spam. It is not used to identify or profile you.
- Server logs. Like any web server, ours records requests, including the IP address, the time, and the page requested. We use these for security and troubleshooting, and keep them for a limited period.
- Analytics. We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool that sets no cookies. It records only aggregate, anonymous usage such as page views and approximate country. It does not identify you or track you across sites.
- We use no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or social media embeds.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required.
How we use your details
We use your details only to contact you about the design-partner program and Empisto. They reach our own systems only and are never sold or shared with third parties.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep them
We keep your submission until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, and no longer than we need it for the design-partner program. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above.
